Meeting - Our mandatory mission trip meeting is APRIL 23 at 6pm in the BCR/Cafe. 

All paperwork & payments are due by APRIL 25 to participate in MISSION SEVE and/or T-Zone.

Honduras 2019

We are planning to headed back to El Sembrador in Honduras for an early summer mission trip. 


May 25 to June 1, 2019

Registration is due Oct 14, 2018 with a $100 deposit.

September 16, 2018 - Informational meeting from 11am -12 p.m. (parents and participants)

October 14, 2018 – Registration (www.quakeyouth.org) and a $100 deposit due
October 14, 2018 - Lunch meeting 12-2 p.m. (participants)

November 11, 2018 - Lunch meeting 11:15-1pm (participants)

January 13, 2019 - Lunch meeting 11:15-1pm (participants), all necessary documents submitted
February 10, 2019 – Lunch meeting 11:15-1pm (participants), $500 due 2/15, copy of signed Passport
March 10, 2019 – Lunch meeting 11:15-1pm (participants), $500 due 3/15

April 14, 2019 – Final Meeting - Lunch meeting 11:15-1pm. (participants & parents), remainder of $625 due 4/15

MISSION SERVE Trip  2019

Mission Serve - Mission Trip 2019

Who:  Students Exiting 7th-12th grade in 2019
What: Construction mission trip to Mission Serve
When: June 8-15, 2019
Where: Lancaster, SC
Why:  To serve the community of Lancaster through construction, and grow closer to God
How Much: $250 (of which a $100 non-refundable deposit is due upon registering)


Mission Serve partners with the local community to do mission-related service projects including roofing, wheelchair ramps, painting, and other general construction. 

Our role at Mission Serve is to serve this community through a variety of home repairs including roofing, wheelchair ramps, remodeling, painting, drywalling, siding, or whatever else needs to be done We get split up into groups and assigned a work site to be at for the entire week. We not only serve with our hands, but also our hearts by loving the people that we meet throughout the week.  It’s an amazing week of work, worship, and fun. Although you are serving selflessly, you are blessed so much in return! It’s definitely an opportunity that you won’t want to miss!


Cost: The cost for this trip is $250. We are asking for $100 non-refundable deposit when registering and the remaining $150 due by April 25. 

In order to ensure that we are the best stewards or our resources, registration will be open for this trip from January 6-January 27.  

Any student who registers after these dates will be charge $350 for the trip and will be placed on a waiting list if no extra spots are available. Once on the waiting list and you are contacted that there are extra spots are available, we ask that you pay the $105 deposit and the remaining amount of $150 by April 25.


Registration: Go to www.quakeyouth.org to register. Click on the “Register for An Event” tab at the top. We will have open registration from Jan 6 to Jan 27 based on the spots we have pre-purchased. If registration is full, please register on the “waiting list” to reserve a spot if any open up. If we have extra spots, we will contact you and let you know that you have been moved from the waiting list to going on the trip.


Fundraisers: We encourage that each family participate in two Parent’s Night Out event. As always, scholarships are available for students who are not financially able to participate.  Please do not hesitate to contact Mark Confer if this is the case.


Paperwork: We will be sent out to families once on the week of January 27th. This paperwork is due with your final payment on April 25, 2019.


If you have to back out of the trip: You are responsible to either find someone to replace you OR to pay the full amount the church spends on a spot, which is $260. Once you have found this person, please communicate this to Mark Confer.
